Overview

Drag Race Sim does not collect personal information, track users, serve advertising, or sell user data.

Game Data

Driver profiles, garage contents, tuning setups, race results, and career progress are stored on the player's device. If iCloud is available, the app can use Apple's iCloud key-value storage to sync progress between devices signed in to the same Apple Account. Nerdquad does not operate a server that receives or reads this game data.

Game Center

Game Center is optional. When enabled, authentication, achievements, and leaderboard information are handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy and the player's Game Center settings.

Diagnostics and Tracking

The app does not include third-party advertising, analytics, tracking SDKs, or cross-app tracking. Apple may provide developers with aggregated App Store and diagnostic information according to the choices made in the device's privacy settings.

Children

Drag Race Sim is a general-audience racing game. The app does not knowingly request or collect personal information from children.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the app's features or data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
